What is a Christian?
A Christian is someone who…
- is part of God’s big story: God’s people in God’s place under God’s rule and blessing
- is an elect stranger, 1–2
- has been born again, through God’s mercy, 3
- has a hope, through God’s power, 3–5
- has faith, tested through trials, 6–7
- has love and joy, by faith not by sight, 8–9
